Alice&Patrick’s eco-friendly inserts are made with organic bamboo and cotton material. The bamboo inserts are highly absorbent, durable, easy to wash and dry.
One insert has 4 layers. We recommend one insert for daytime use (changed once soaked/ soiled) and 2 for night-time use. You may also wish to mix the bamboo inserts with some of our thinner hemp inserts for extra absorbency without the bulkiness.
